What is the P. Chic Box?
What's included the P. Chic Box?
Each box consists of ready-to-wear items that can be seamlessly integrated into your work wardrobe. Boxes can include a combination of tops, bottoms, or dresses. Retail value of over $175.
Who is the P. Chic Box for?
The P. Chic Box is ideal for business women who love fashion. Careers can include but are not limited to: entrepreneurs, realtors, lawyers, accountants, news anchors, teachers, motivational speakers, influencers, stylists, bloggers, and other lady bosses.
Can I choose what's in my box?
No need to! We take all the guesswork out of shopping. Just choose your size and leave the rest to P. Chic.
What sizes are available in the P. Chic Box?
P. Chic boxes are available in sizes Small -3XL. The majority of clothing is true to size. If in between sizes, we recommend taking the next size up. Not sure which size to choose, click here to view our size guide.
When will I be billed?
The billing cycle starts at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew on the same day each month until you cancel your subscription.
When will I receive my P. Chic box?
P. Chic boxes are shipped between the 15th and 25th of each month. You will receive a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. New subscribers after the 10th of the month will receive their first P. Chic box the following month.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your address through the customer portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no hassle, using the customer portal. If you have already been billed for the current month’s box, your cancellation will take effect during the next billing cycle.
What is your exchange or refund policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges on P. Chic boxes unwanted by you. If there is an issue with your box, please email support@pchicofficial.com within 3 days of delivery.
