How do I place an order?

What size should I order?

Please refer to our size guide. In addition, carefully read over the item’s description for more information regarding stretch, fit, etc. If you are in between sizes, we recommend you size up.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer international shipping?

Do you offer pick-up options?

No. Orders are not available for pick-up. All orders are shipped via mail courier to the address on file.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the package tracking number.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will be emailed a tracking number. Orders can be tracked via USPS.

Can I get a refund for my order?

At this time, we do NOT offer refunds. If you are NOT satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date to return the item for a store credit. Please be sure to review our return policy

Can I exchange my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after then have been placed. When your order arrives, please follow return instructions for a store credit.

When will I receive my store credit?

Returns take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email with the store credit code once the return has been approved.

Do you restock products?

We do our best to restock the best sellers. However, restocks are not guaranteed. If you see an item that you love, we recommend that you purchase it immediately before it sells out.

I received a wrong and/or damaged item. What should I do?
