Return Policy
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
This means that the item is unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered, stain free (i.e. makeup, tanning, deodorant, etc.) and includes the original tags & packaging.
P. Chic diligently inspects all items before shipping. Therefore, damaged merchandise is highly unlikely. P. Chic will inspect returned items for signs of wear, smell of fragrances, pet hair, stains, smoke, etc.
P. Chic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.
- Nonreturnable: Items marked “”Sale” or “Final Sale,” white clothing, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and accessories (i.e. jewelry, bags, belts, shoes) cannot be returned for store credit.
TO INITIATE A RETURN:
- Email support@pchicofficial.com
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- A customer service representative will confirm your request and provide additional return instructions.
If approved, the package MUST be returned (i.e. postmarked by mail carrier) within 3 days of the approval date. Any packages returned after the 3 day window will be returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please do NOT return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to a P. Chic representative and/or receiving certified email confirmation.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping & handling fee is not refundable.
